END OF TERM ONE CIRCULAR 2026 23 Apr, 2026

Dear Parent/Guardian, Assalaam Alaikum warahmatullah Wabarakatuh, today 30/April /2026, precious greetings come to you from Mar-Kaz Hawa Academic and Quran Centre. On behalf of the school fraternity, I take this opportunity to appreciate the entire staff and parents for their continuous support rendered to make the term a success. May Allah increase your earning and blessings. On a special note, we thank those who have always cleared the school dues in time. However, we kindly beg those who happen to pay late change for better results next term. HOLIDAYS: Our holidays extend from 30/April /2026 up to 1st /June/ 2026. May Allah enable you to protect our children effectively during that period. ACADEMICS: i) SECULAR: Learners were engaged in a series of tests, examinations and remedial assessments to improve on their academic intake. ii) THEOLOGY: The staff promotes and observes the Islamic culture, norms and values without inconveniencing other religions. The parents are requested to avail Yasaruna & Qurans to enhance the Islamic teachings. REPORT CARDS: Every child who has cleared school dues has been issued a report card. (THEOLOGY & SECULAR) N.B: The report book must be returned to school every beginning of a term. TAHFIIZ PROGRAM We are pleased to inform you that we established strong Tahfiiz program (Quran Memorization) led by highly skilled and experienced sheikhs. We encourage parents to entrust us with their children for this Nobel cause and to inform their friends and community members about the program so that more learners can benefit HOLIDAY WORK Learners have been given holiday packages in both Arabic and secular subjects to help them stay academically active during the holiday. We kindly request parents/ guardians to supervise their children and ensure the work is completed and submitted on time when school resumes. VISTATION & ACADEMIC DAYS We shall have a visitation and academic day on 11th / July /2026. We encourage you dear parents to always visit us and check our educational standard for improved performance. ACADEMIC AND RECREATIONAL TOUR To make learning more enjoyable for our young learners, the school will organize an academic and recreational tour. Parents are kindly informed that each learner is required to pay 60,000/= to cater for transportation, meals and other facilitations. DISCIPLINE: We have managed to tame our learners on core principle of respect and role model. SCHOOL FEES: Our fees structure has not changed; 250,000/= day scholars, 650, 000/= borders and 550,000/= Tahfiiz. SCHOOL UNIFORM: Our school uniform consists of sports wears, 2 pairs of socks, sweater, a veil or cap. Parents are not supposed to buy uniforms outside the school. Sports wears are worn on Tuesdays and Thursdays. CASUAL WEAR In an effort to promote uniformity,displine and smartness among our learners ,the school has provided one pair of casual wear to each learner in the boarding section, parents are kindly requested to contribute 30,000/= to facilitate the provision of a second pair. Kindly note that only officially approved school wear will be permitted. Any learner who reports with clothes outside the prescribed school wear will not be allowed to use it at school. SCHOOL WEBSITE AND DIGITAL PLATFORM We are pleased to inform you that the school has launched a website. Starting from term two, parents will be able to access their children’s academic progress, assignments and school updates online. Further guidance on how to use the platform will be provided next term.
